  5. Presents the password access dialog and allows the user to change the password system. The Password Access editor from the Design environment is used to edit the access.

  7. Only the Designer, Administrator or group owners can use the dialog. Also allows the Adiminstrator to save and load password access modifications.

  10. The Designer and the Administrator can edit any group. Group owners can edit only the groups they own. Users can be put into and removed from the groups. The command has no effect if no groups are defined.

  12. The Administrator can add new users as well as assign them to groups.

  14. The Designer is only able to see groups that are owned by the Designer. This provides increased security.
